Under the FMCSA hours-of-service rule for passenger carriers (49 CFR 395.5), a bus driver may drive a maximum of 10 hours. If your trip involves more than 10 hours of driving, a second driver is required. Call us at 407-856-1280 to plan it.
How the total is worked out: hourly rate × hours = base fare. A 5% fuel surcharge and a 20% gratuity are each added on the base fare. This quote is for in-town charters only. Out-of-town trips, or charters longer than 12 hours, are quoted separately; call 407-856-1280.
Our daily bus rates already include fuel and gratuity and give you the bus for up to 12 hours. Booking the same 12 hours at the hourly rate, with the fuel surcharge and 20% gratuity, costs $540 to $700 more.
