Orlando Sanford Airport (SFB) Limo and Car Service

Happy Limousine is a private limo and car service from Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) to Orlando, the theme parks and Port Canaveral, in an SUV, minivan, passenger van, Sprinter limo or stretch limo. Your chauffeur meets you inside the terminal with a sign. Sanford is Orlando's second airport, about 40 miles north of International Drive, so allow 50 to 65 minutes to most Orlando hotels.

How it works

  1. Book online or by phone. Give us your flight number, your airline and where you're going. You get an email confirmation, usually the same day.
  2. Get your chauffeur's details. About 24 hours before pickup we text you your chauffeur's name and cell number.
  3. Land and collect your bags. Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal holding a sign with your name. You have 45 minutes of free waiting after you land.
  4. Ride straight to your hotel, resort or ship. Just your party, plus any stop you asked for.

Which vehicle fits your group

Pick by people and luggage. Stretch limos seat a lot of people but hold less luggage than a van, so a family of eight with checked bags is usually happier in the Sprinter limo or a Transit van.

Where we drive from Sanford airport

  • Universal Orlando, International Drive and SeaWorld hotels, 50 to 65 minutes. See Universal Studios transportation.
  • Walt Disney World resorts, Lake Buena Vista and Celebration, 55 to 75 minutes. See Disney World transportation.
  • Kissimmee and vacation homes, 60 to 80 minutes. Send the exact address when you book.
  • Port Canaveral cruise terminals, 70 to 85 minutes. See Port Canaveral limo and car service.
  • Sanford, Lake Mary and the rest of Seminole County, which are closer to SFB than to MCO.

We also take you back to SFB for your flight home, from anywhere in the Orlando area.

Flying into Sanford instead of MCO

Sanford often has the lower fare, but it's much farther from the parks than Orlando International (MCO), and there are fewer ground transportation options when you land. Plan for that before you book:

  • It's a longer ride. Allow 50 to 65 minutes to International Drive and up to 75 minutes to Disney, against 25 to 45 minutes from MCO.
  • Cruising the same day? Port Canaveral is 70 to 85 minutes from SFB. Check your ship's all-aboard time and leave margin for a late flight, or fly in the day before.
  • Flying home from SFB? Add the drive to the time you need at the airport. From a Disney resort, a pickup about 3 to 3½ hours before a domestic flight is a sensible starting point; we'll confirm the time when you book.

Landing at MCO instead? See our Orlando airport limo and car service.

Frequently asked questions

How far is Sanford airport from Orlando and Disney World?

Orlando Sanford International (SFB) is about 40 miles from International Drive and Universal, typically 50 to 65 minutes, and about 45 miles from the Disney resort area, typically 55 to 75 minutes. It's much farther from the parks than Orlando International (MCO).

Where do I meet my driver at Sanford airport?

Inside the terminal, for every vehicle except our buses. Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name. About 24 hours before pickup you get a text with your chauffeur's name and cell number.

Can you take us from Sanford airport to Port Canaveral?

Yes. It's about 60 miles, typically 70 to 85 minutes. If you land on sailing day, leave plenty of margin before your ship's all-aboard time, or fly in the day before. Use 9155 Charles M. Rowland as the port address when booking so you get the correct rate.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

You still get 45 minutes of free waiting after you land. If the flight is late, a delayed-flight fee of $15 an hour applies, counted from the original arrival time and capped at $30. After the free 45 minutes, waiting is billed at the vehicle's hourly rate, pro-rated.

Can you provide car seats for the kids?

Yes, if you ask when you book. Car seats, boosters and infant carriers are $15 each, per leg. Children 5 and under must ride in one. You install the seat; our chauffeurs can't, for liability reasons. You're welcome to bring your own.

Can we stop at a grocery store on the way to our hotel?

Yes. Add the stop when you book or tell us by phone. Extra stops start at $35 per stop; call 407-856-1280 for the exact price for your vehicle.

What time should we leave for a flight home from Sanford?

Work back from your flight: at least 2 hours at the airport for a domestic flight, plus the drive (50 to 65 minutes from International Drive, 55 to 75 from Disney). Tell us your flight time when you book and we'll suggest a pickup time.

I'm arriving on an international flight. What pickup time should I book?

Book your pickup 1.5 hours after your flight lands, so you have time for customs and bags. International arrivals carry a $35 fee per booking (not per person).

How far ahead do I need to book, and what if plans change?

Book online any time before arrival day; same-day arrivals must be booked by phone at 407-856-1280. Cancel at least 2 days before pickup for a full refund. If your flight is cancelled less than 48 hours out, the fare becomes a ride credit good for 12 months.

Do you have Spanish-speaking chauffeurs?

Yes. Several of our chauffeurs speak Spanish fluently. Ask when you book and we'll try to assign one.
