How it works

  1. Tell us the plan. Book online, or call for anything with several stops, an hourly booking or a mix of vehicles.
  2. We confirm by email, usually the same day, and text you your chauffeur's name and cell number about 24 hours before pickup.
  3. Your chauffeur arrives ready. At the airport they wait in baggage claim with a sign; at a hotel or home, outside the entrance.
  4. Your time, your stops. Just your party, with the stops you asked for, or by the hour for as long as you need.

Which vehicle fits your group

Luxury here means the right vehicle for the trip. For two to six people, the Suburban is the everyday choice. For groups who want a limo and still have luggage, the Sprinter limo. For a celebration, the stretch limos.

What people book us for

How our chauffeur service works

You know who's coming. About 24 hours before pickup you get a text with your chauffeur's name and cell number, so you can reach them directly on the day. In our free Happy Limo app you can also track your chauffeur in real time.

Airport pickups follow your flight. We track your flight, you get 45 minutes of free waiting after landing, and your chauffeur waits in baggage claim with a sign, at no extra charge in our SUVs, minivans, vans and limos.

You get the vehicle you booked, almost always. If it's ever unavailable for reasons outside our control, we try to move you to a higher-priced vehicle at no extra charge, or credit the difference if we have to use a lower-priced one.

One company for the whole trip. Book different vehicles for different rides, such as a Suburban from the airport and a stretch limo for dinner, on one account.

Fees worth knowing

Rates for each vehicle are on our rates and fleet page. A few extras to know about:

  • 5% fuel surcharge on every booking.
  • Pickups between 11 pm and 6 am: $10 extra.
  • International arrivals: $35 per booking.
  • Gratuity isn't added to local rides you book directly with us; 20% is the usual amount.
  • Your card on file may be charged up to 14 days before your ride. We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash.

Frequently asked questions

What vehicles do you have for luxury transportation in Orlando?

Chevrolet Suburbans for up to 6 people, a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter limo for up to 10, and 14- and 18-passenger Suburban stretch limos, plus SUVs, minivans and passenger vans. Photos and rates are on our rates and fleet page.

Can I book a chauffeur by the hour?

Yes. Keep your chauffeur and vehicle for an evening, a day of meetings or a night out. Hourly jobs have a 20% gratuity and 5% fuel surcharge added, and minimums may be higher during peak season and special events. See our hourly limo service page.

Where do I meet my driver at Orlando International Airport?

In baggage claim on Level 2 (take the escalators down). Your chauffeur holds a sign with Happy Limousine and your name. That meet and greet costs nothing extra in our SUVs, minivans, vans and limos. About 24 hours before pickup you get a text with your chauffeur's name and cell number.

Can I request a specific chauffeur?

Yes. We'll try, but scheduling occasionally means we have to send a different chauffeur. You can also ask for a Spanish-speaking chauffeur; several of ours are fluent.

Is gratuity included?

Not on local rides you book directly with us; 20% is the usual amount. A 20% gratuity is added automatically to hourly jobs, out-of-town trips and rides booked through a travel agent.

Will I get the vehicle I booked?

Almost always. If it's unavailable for reasons outside our control, we try to move you to a higher-priced vehicle at no extra charge, or credit you the difference if we have to use a lower-priced one.

Can you provide car seats for the kids?

Yes, if you ask when you book. Car seats, boosters and infant carriers are $15 each, per leg. Children 5 and under must ride in one. You install the seat; our chauffeurs can't, for liability reasons. You're welcome to bring your own.

How far ahead do I need to book, and what if plans change?

Book online any time before arrival day; same-day arrivals must be booked by phone at 407-856-1280. Cancel at least 2 days before pickup for a full refund. If your flight is cancelled less than 48 hours out, the fare becomes a ride credit good for 12 months.
