Disney World Limo and Private Car Service from Orlando Airport

Happy Limousine is a private limo and car service from Orlando International Airport (MCO) to your Walt Disney World resort, in an SUV, minivan, passenger van, Sprinter limo or stretch limo. Your chauffeur meets you in baggage claim on Level 2 with a sign, and the drive takes about 30 to 45 minutes (roughly 25 miles) depending on your resort and traffic. It's just your party, and you only stop where you ask to.

How it works

  1. Book online or by phone. Give us your flight number and your hotel. You get an email confirmation, usually the same day.
  2. Get your chauffeur's details. About 24 hours before pickup we text you your chauffeur's name and cell number.
  3. Land and collect your bags. Your chauffeur waits in baggage claim on Level 2 holding a sign with your name. You have 45 minutes of free waiting after you land.
  4. Ride straight to your hotel. Just your party, plus any stop you asked for.

Which vehicle fits your group

Pick by people and luggage. Stretch limos seat a lot of people but hold less luggage than a van, so a family of eight with checked bags is usually happier in the Sprinter limo or a Transit van.

Where we drive at Walt Disney World

We drive to every Walt Disney World resort hotel, the four theme parks (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom), Disney Springs, and the hotels and vacation homes around Lake Buena Vista, Kissimmee and Celebration.

You can also book us for rides during your stay:

  • Hotel to the parks or Disney Springs. Call at least 24 hours ahead if you can, and no later than 2 hours before the ride.
  • Disney to Universal Orlando for a day at the other resort. See Universal Studios transportation.
  • Disney to Port Canaveral for a cruise, including Disney Cruise Line sailings. Allow 75 to 90 minutes from the Disney resort area. See private transportation to Port Canaveral.
  • Back to MCO at the end of your trip.

Is a private car worth it for a Disney trip?

Disney's Magical Express, the free bus from MCO to Disney resorts, ended in January 2022. Today your choices are a shared ride, a rideshare app, a rental car or a private car. A private car makes the most sense when:

  • You're traveling with small children and need car seats waiting for you.
  • Your family has more luggage, strollers or people than one rideshare car holds.
  • You land late at night and want someone already waiting in baggage claim.
  • You'd rather go straight to your resort, with a grocery stop on the way if you want one, than wait for other travelers' stops.

Fees worth knowing

Rates for each vehicle are on our rates and fleet page. A few extras to know about:

  • 5% fuel surcharge on every booking.
  • Pickups between 11 pm and 6 am: $10 extra.
  • International arrivals: $35 per booking.
  • Gratuity isn't added to local rides you book directly with us; 20% is the usual amount.
  • Your card on file may be charged up to 14 days before your ride. We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the drive from Orlando airport to Disney World?

About 30 to 45 minutes to the Disney resorts, roughly 25 miles, depending on which resort and on traffic. Allow closer to an hour on weekday afternoons or in heavy rain. Kissimmee and Celebration resorts are 45 to 50 minutes from MCO.

Where do I meet my driver at Orlando International Airport?

In baggage claim on Level 2 (take the escalators down). Your chauffeur holds a sign with Happy Limousine and your name. That meet and greet costs nothing extra in our SUVs, minivans, vans and limos. About 24 hours before pickup you get a text with your chauffeur's name and cell number.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

You still get 45 minutes of free waiting after you land. If the flight is late, a delayed-flight fee of $15 an hour applies, counted from the original arrival time and capped at $30. After the free 45 minutes, waiting is billed at the vehicle's hourly rate, pro-rated.

Does Disney still offer free transportation from the airport?

No. Disney's Magical Express ended in January 2022, so you need to arrange your own ride from MCO to your Disney resort. A private car picks you up in baggage claim and takes you straight there.

Can you provide car seats for the kids?

Yes, if you ask when you book. Car seats, boosters and infant carriers are $15 each, per leg. Children 5 and under must ride in one. You install the seat; our chauffeurs can't, for liability reasons. You're welcome to bring your own.

Can we stop at a grocery store on the way to our hotel?

Yes. Add the stop when you book or tell us by phone. Extra stops start at $35 per stop; call 407-856-1280 for the exact price for your vehicle.

What is the easiest way to get from Disney World to Port Canaveral?

A private car from your resort straight to the cruise terminal: no transfers and no other stops. Allow 75 to 90 minutes from the Disney resort area to Port Canaveral. Use 9155 Charles M. Rowland as the port address when booking so you get the correct rate. More on private transportation to Port Canaveral.

Can we book rides from our hotel to the parks during our stay?

Yes. Call us at least 24 hours ahead if you can, and no later than 2 hours before the ride. You can book any vehicle, or a mix of vehicles, for different rides.

I'm arriving on an international flight. What pickup time should I book?

Book your pickup 1.5 hours after your flight lands, so you have time for customs and bags. International arrivals carry a $35 fee per booking (not per person).

How far ahead do I need to book, and what if plans change?

Book online any time before arrival day; same-day arrivals must be booked by phone at 407-856-1280. Cancel at least 2 days before pickup for a full refund. If your flight is cancelled less than 48 hours out, the fare becomes a ride credit good for 12 months.

Do you have Spanish-speaking chauffeurs?

Yes. Several of our chauffeurs speak Spanish fluently. Ask when you book and we'll try to assign one.
